We sincerely appreciate your purchase from FaithTag. If you need to cancel an order, request a return, refund, or warranty service, please review the following terms carefully.
1. Order Cancellation
You may request a full refund before your order has been processed for shipment.
Once an order enters the processing stage, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
2. Returns
All FaithTag products come with a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Eligibility:
- Product must be purchased directly from the official FaithTag website.
- Item must be returned within 30 days of receiving the package.
- Product must include all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.
Please Note:
- For non-quality issues, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to a quality issue, FaithTag will cover return shipping.
- If your product was purchased from an authorized dealer, please contact them directly. We are unable to process returns for third-party sales.
- If the returned item does not meet the above conditions, a restocking fee may apply, or you may receive store credit instead of a full refund.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please email us at support@faithtagstore.com with your order number.
- We will provide packaging and shipping instructions.
- All components must be included in the returned package.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping and must provide a valid tracking number.
- Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after receiving the returned item.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Used consumables (e.g., paper, labels).
- Incomplete items missing original packaging, accessories, or branding.
- Items not purchased from www.faithtagstore.com
- Products damaged due to unauthorized repair, misuse, negligence, or modification.
- Items that do not match warranty records.
- Products marked as non-returnable or non-refundable at time of sale.
5. Additional Return Terms
- Free gifts must also be returned to receive a full refund.
- Inspect your item upon delivery. If it is damaged, refuse the package and notify the delivery service.
- For verified quality issues, a refund may be issued without return.
- If the defect is not caused by FaithTag, return shipping will be at your cost.
- All returns must include original accessories.
6. Refunds

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 3 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is issued. - If you do not receive the refund within 7 business days, please contact us at support@faithtagstore.com
- Note: If a shipment is refused, we may deduct double shipping charges from the refund.
7. Warranty
FaithTag products are covered by a 1-year limited warranty from the purchase date, unless otherwise stated.
Warranty Conditions:
- You must be the original purchaser from FaithTag or an authorized dealer.
- The product must be used properly and not abused, modified, or repaired by unauthorized persons.
- Any issues must be reported to FaithTag within 10 days of discovery.
- Warranty work must be performed by FaithTag.
- Return shipping must be prepaid and include proof of purchase.
- The warranty is void if unauthorized repairs are attempted.
- This warranty does not cover damage from external sources such as accidents, improper installation, tampering, fire, or water damage.
8. How We Calculate the Return/Warranty Period
The return and warranty periods begin on the day the delivery is signed for.
